GSN CASINO

GSN Casino needed a distinct identity for its VIP players, creating a stronger sense of status, recognition and exclusivity while still feeling part of the core brand.

Starting with the VIP identity itself, I designed the logo and visual language, then developed the guidelines, templates and first applications that brought it into use. As Senior Brand Designer, I built it as a premium layer within GSN Casino that could extend consistently across the full VIP experience.

The Challenge

Building the Identity

From Identity to System

VIP players were part of the same game, but the experience needed to recognize them differently.

The challenge was to create a premium identity that gave this audience a stronger sense of status

and exclusivity without disconnecting them from the energy and character of GSN Casino.

That meant finding the right balance between the existing brand and a visual world that could feel distinctly VIP, recognizable as part of GSN Casino, but elevated enough to give VIP players an experience that felt distinctly their own.

The identity was built around a new VIP badge, using the crown and shield as symbols of status, recognition and belonging. A black, gold and deep red palette created a richer and more premium layer, supported by custom patterns, typography and graphic elements that gave the VIP experience its own recognizable character.

The direction was designed to feel elevated without becoming disconnected from the game itself.

The new identity kept the energy, color and reward-driven nature of GSN Casino, while introducing a more exclusive visual language for its highest-value players.

The identity was developed beyond the logo into a practical system of guidelines, templates and reusable assets that could work consistently across the VIP experience. I designed the initial applications hands-on, defining how the language adapted across social content, promotions, offers, CRM, landing pages and in-game touchpoints.

Building the system alongside the first applications helped establish clear principles for how the brand should behave in real use, not only how it should look.

Once established, the system gave the wider team a foundation they could continue to apply and expand across future VIP communication.
